Experteer Overview In this role you will support governance and continuous improvement of Allianz Technology's IT service portfolio in Barcelona, driving transparency, value realization and alignment with business strategy. You collaborate with service owners, product managers, finance, security and operations to manage demand intake, benefits tracking, cost transparency and compliance. You act as SPOC for the central SPM team and help train local Service Management Organization. You monitor portfolio KPIs, prepare governance materials and drive decommissioning of low-value services. This is an opportunity for an early-career professional to grow core capabilities in a global tech environment.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Manage end-to-end lifecycle of services in the portfolio, ensuring accurate status, ownership and value definitions - Maintain and improve portfolio metadata (catalog entries, SLAs/OLAs, dependencies, risk/compliance markers) for transparency and audit readiness - Take local responsibility for Service Portfolio Management Process (SPM) and support the local Service Management Organization - Assist with demand intake and prioritization, preparing inputs for governance and roadmapping decisions - Monitor portfolio KPIs and create dashboards/reports for governance forums, highlighting trends and risks - Coordinate with service owners and cross-functional teams to collect data, align plans, and track outcomes;
contribute to business cases and cost/benefit analyses - Support governance meetings (agenda, minutes, actions) and drive continuous improvement including sunsetting of low-value services and standardization initiativesResponsabilidades - 4-5 years in IT service management, portfolio management, PMO or related governance role - Foundational ITIL/ITSM knowledge;
relevant certification a plus - Basic financial acumen (cost tracking, budgeting, benefits realization) - Strong analytical skills;
proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets;
familiarity with Power BI/Tableau, Jira or ServiceNow a plus - Clear communication and stakeholder management in cross-functional, international environments - Proficiency in English and Spanish;
