In this role, you ensure 24/7 monitoring of the fleet’s technical status, guiding urgent MEL interpretations and troubleshooting. You’ll closely support MOC operations, report fleet status accurately, and coordinate with operations to keep aircraft available and reliable. You’ll analyze repetitive defects, drive actions with manufacturers, and help minimize disruptions during AOG events. You join a mission-driven team focused on safety, efficiency, and fleet performance.

• Provide real-time expert advice on MEL interpretation and technical troubleshooting
• Ensure accurate fleet status reporting and management of deferred defects in AMOS
• Track and analyze repetitive/recurring defects across the fleet
• Monitor deferred defects daily and coordinate corrective plans within time limits
• Follow up on SHM and SPM analyses to propose corrective actions
• Collaborate with flight crews and maintenance suppliers on technical issues
• Manage technical consultations with manufacturers (e.g., Airbus, IAE, CFM, Collins)
• Provide engineering support and troubleshooting across fleet operations
Responsabilidades
• University degree qualification in aviation
• EASA B1 and/or B2 Aircraft Maintenance Engineers License on A320 family
• Experience in MCC/MOC environment xpzdshu or similar
• Experience with Airbus A320 family and/or Boeing aircraft
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of PART 145 and PART M regulatory framework
• Understanding of OEM data and digital health monitoring systems (e.g. Airman web, Skywise, Aviatar)
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Knowledge of AMOS and AIMS
• Ability to work collaboratively and under stress
