We are looking for Corporate Marketing Director B2B (Protein and Dairy) and to lead the global marketing department in a company within the food industry. This strategic position will be responsible for defining, implementing, and overseeing the global marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and driving sustainable growth in international markets. Candidates must have proven experience in B2B marketing within the food industry, specifically in the Protein category.
Ideally, the candidate will be based in Madrid, where the marketing team is located, but we are open to candidates living anywhere in Europe. This role requires frequent international travel.
Reporting to the Corporate Commercial Director, the key responsibilities include:
Design and execute the global B2B marketing strategy for all business lines.
Lead the corporate marketing team, fostering innovation and excellence.
Develop international communication and brand positioning plans.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and opportunities in the protein sector.
Manage the global marketing budget and optimize campaign investments.
Collaborate closely with commercial, R&D, and executive teams to drive growth.
Oversee digital presence and marketing strategies across online and offline channels.
Requirements:
Education: Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or similar. MBA is a plus.
Experience: Minimum 10 years in B2B marketing within the food industry, with proven track record in designing and executing marketing strategies for the food protein category, driving brand growth and market share. Experience in additional food categories will be considered an advantage.
Languages: English (high proficiency, mandatory) and Spanish.
Skills: Leadership, strategic vision, results-oriented, ability to manage multicultural teams.
Availability: Frequent international travel.
