**Senior Manager of Sales Planning & Deployment**:

**What you will do
**The Senior Manager of Sales Planning & Deployment will be the trusted advisor to sales leaders and staff for a PBU with $2B+ in Revenues. You will partner with the PBUs Sales Organization in developing sales plans, targets, and regions to accurately reflect forecasts and customer needs. You will lead analysts and work cross-functionally with Sales, Data Analytics, Finance and HR in the development, delivery, and management of sales reporting, forecasting, and critical KPIs. He/she will work closely with the Sales & IT Enablement teams in ensuring the Sales Organizations have the infrastructure to manage and execute the sales processes in an efficient and effective manner.
**How you will do it**
- Support the annual sales planning and recurring sales forecast process for the business
- Provide reporting and analytics to support the business needs to deliver recommendations and analysis on course correction and magnitude of business issues.
- Work cross functionally to define and manage sales data requirements for the PBU and the enterprise
- Drives continuous process improvement and standardization within the sales organization to increase efficiency and effectiveness of sales processes.
- Analyze sales trends and provide proactive recommendations for continuous improvement and best practices.
- Act as a Change Agent to systematically drive and implement process changes throughout the business.
- Lead independent assessments of critical sales processes and supporting technology to identify key areas of improvement through process and/or technology enhancements.
- In close partnership with IT, build and manage systems infrastructures and processes to support Commercial planning and reporting requirements.
**What we look for**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years in Sales Analytics, Finance and/or Statistics.
- Functional expertise in Sales with the ability to influence and lead indirect Sales Organizations
- Experienced in presenting and effectively communicating to Senior Leaders within organization
- Ability to lead through ambiguity and complexity to take calculated risks to solve problems, forge new paths for growth and achieve challenging goals.
- Work in a dynamic environment with multiple concurrent projects using creativity, flexibility, and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in managing direct reports
