What are we looking for?
- A student or recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, with an interest in project and/or bid management.
- Availability to join a stable project in Rivas - Vaciamadrid.
- Work Model: hybrid job modality.
- Work Schedule: 7 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
Requirements:
- Student or recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, with an interest in project and/or bid management.
- Strong proficiency in Office tools (Excel/PowerPoint/Word) and document organization.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Advanced level of English.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Support in the preparation and document control of proposals (indexes, versions, checklists, consolidation of annexes).
- Assistance in tracking milestones and gathering inputs from the involved areas (technical, cost, legal, etc.).
- Maintenance and updating of repositories and evidence related to the proposal (templates, supporting documentation).
- Support in the registration and organization of opportunity‑related information.
