About the Role :
We are looking for a Junior Functional Consultant to join our TMA support team. No previous experience is required – this is an excellent opportunity to start your career in SAP consulting. You will provide Level 2 functional support for SAP MM with a focus on Supplier Master Data (Business Partner).
This role involves data and user management issue resolution and supporting system enhancements within the SAP MM module.
Key Responsibilities :
* Provide Level 2 support for SAP MM (Supplier Master Data), including incident and service request resolution.
* Manage user access and supplier master data in SAP.
* Analyze and troubleshoot functional and data-related issues.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to implement improvements.
* Support configuration changes and assist with testing activities.
* Document resolutions and maintain an internal knowledge base.
* Escalate issues to Level 3 support when required.
Requirements :
* No prior SAP experience required – full training will be provided.
* (Nice to have) Basic understanding of SAP MM or procurement processes.
* (Nice to have) Familiarity with incident management tools (e.G., ServiceNow, Remedy).
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Good communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
Languages :
* English – B2‑C1 level (Mandatory).
* French – B1‑B2 level (Highly desirable).
