Frontend Engineer - Fixed Term Contract / Research Tools and Interfaces
We're seeking a number of Frontend Engineers to build intuitive interfaces for advanced AI and quantum inspired systems. The team develops tools that support model compression technology capable of reducing LLM size by up to 95 percent and cutting deployment costs by 50 to 80 percent.
Their mission is to make high performance AI faster, greener, and easier to use for teams worldwide.
This is a fixed term contract, base din Zaragoza, working on a hybrid model through mid **** with competitive compensation including signing and retention bonuses (plus relocation assistance if needed)
In this role you will:
Develop modern web applications using React or Next.js and TypeScript
Build interfaces for dashboards, experiment tracking tools, and R&D; workflows
Work with design and product teams to bring research concepts into production quality UIs
Integrate frontend systems with REST or GraphQL APIs
Drive frontend performance, accessibility, and UI consistency
Iterate quickly in a fast moving environment focused on internal tools
What you'll need:
One to four years experience in modern frontend development
Strong foundation in component based architecture and state management patterns
Experience with UI frameworks such as Tailwind, shadcn, or Material UI
Comfort working with backend APIs and visualizing data
Understanding of UX principles and frontend performance techniques
Experience in research driven or internal tooling environments is a plus
Familiarity with LLM tooling or data visualization libraries is beneficial
Interest in building interfaces that support ML research and automation
