We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chef to join our team in one of our restaurants in the United States. This role is ideal for a passionate culinary professional with strong leadership skills, a hands‑on approach, and experience managing high‑volume kitchen operations in fast‑paced environments.
Responsibilities
* Manage purchasing, suppliers, and cost control.
* Oversee orders, stock levels, and inventory management.
* Guarantee consistent quality in food preparation, presentation, and plating.
Qualifications
* Minimum 4 years of experience in high-volume Mediterranean restaurants, with in‑house production and/or catering operations.
* Formal culinary training or relevant professional education.
* Fluent in English and Spanish (both required).
* Valid Spanish passport (mandatory for visa and relocation process).
