Key Responsibilities
Lead clinical development strategy and execution for Phase II/III neurology programs
Provide medical oversight for ongoing and planned clinical trials
Drive protocol development, study design, and regulatory documentation
Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Biometrics, and external partners
Support global regulatory interactions with agencies including EMA and FDA
Engage with investigators, KOLs, CROs, and scientific advisors
Contribute to clinical publications and scientific presentations
Requirements
MD or equivalent medical degree
Prior clinical development experience within biotech/pharma
Experience leading Phase II and/or Phase III studies
Strong background in neurology clinical development
Deep understanding of clinical trial design and regulatory requirements
Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced small biotech environment
Preferred
Board certification in Neurology
Rare disease and/or orphan drug experience
Prior experience in small or mid-sized biotech companies
