Hello!
At Factorial we're looking for a new Legal Privacy Associate to help us boost the company to the next level and ensure the company functions in a legal and ethical manner while meeting its business goals.
The Role:
* Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Privacy agreements with partners, providers, clients, and other relevant parties, ensuring compliance with privacy and data protection regulations.
* Support other teams within the company with their inquiries and consultations related to legal issues, data protection and product compliance
* Help revise and update the company’s data protection system and its policies periodically.
* Collaborate with various teams to provide legal & privacy guidance on projects and a wide range of issues, including partnerships, sales, marketing, customer experience, product, security and HR.
* Assist in communicating privacy concepts clearly and incorporating legal frameworks into business practices.
Your Profile:
* Completed a Law Degree.
* Interest in new technologies, data protection & commercial law.
* Fluent in English and Spanish. German is a plus!
* Eager to learn about how SaaS companies and startups operate.
* Strong attention to detail and an ability to identify potential liabilities.
* Great communication skills with the ability to explain legal concepts clearly.
* Team player with a proactive attitude.
