Wingtra provides efficient and reliable data solutions to a variety of industries ranging from mining, construction and agriculture to humanitarian organizations, environmentalists and wildlife monitoring groups. Above all we will never stop learning and striving to help each other reach our maximum potential. /ppWe’re scaling fast, and we’re looking for a hands-on commercial leader to take our EMEA region to the next level. /ppAs Director, EMEA, you’ll own and drive all commercial activity across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You’ll lead both our Sales team and Customer Solutions Engineers in the region — currently 5–7 direct reports and growing. You’ll set the regional strategy, deepen our partner network, recruit and coach a high-performing team, and roll up your sleeves to help close strategic deals. /ppThis is a high-impact leadership role with visibility across the company and room to build. /ppYou’ll be based in Europe, ideally in a major hub city with strong international travel access. Travel up to 50–60% should be expected. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliLead the EMEA Sales and Customer Solutions Engineering teams (5–7 direct reports) /liliDevelop and execute the commercial strategy for the region, aligned with global goals /liliBuild and strengthen our channel partner network — from recruitment to enablement to long-term success /liliHire top talent and build a team culture based on accountability, trust, and shared success /liliSupport the team in the field with strategic deals, partner negotiations, and customer relationships /liliUse data to drive decisions, leveraging HubSpot and other tools to track pipeline, performance, and partner health /liliCollaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations to localize our go-to-market approach /liliRepresent Wingtra at key industry events and meetings across the region /liliAct as a regional ambassador for our brand, values, and vision /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulli5+ years of highly relevant B2B technology sales experience, with strong channel and partner management background /liliExperience building and scaling commercial teams from the ground up — you’ve done it before in a fast-paced, scale-up environment /liliProven success leading both Sales and post-sales/technical teams /liliKnown for being a strong, people-first leader — someone who develops talent and attracts top performers /liliCommercially sharp, metrics-driven, and customer-obsessed /liliExcellent communication skills in English; other major European languages are a strong plus /liliComfortable with ambiguity, ownership, and distributed work /liliWillingness to travel across the EMEA region up to 50% of the time /li /ulh3Plus /h3ulliBackground in surveying, geospatial tech, or industries like mining, construction (AEC), or engineering /liliExperience with go-to-market strategy in international B2B hardware/software businesses /liliFluency in German, Spanish, Italian, or other major regional languages /liliTrack record of building remote-first, cross-functional teams that scale well /li /ulpIf you enjoy teamwork more than being the individual superhero, and if you thrive in a feedback-driven culture and an exciting, unconventional yet structured and progressive start-up environment, we would love to hear from you. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
