What are we looking for?
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic
Quality Assurance Engineer
with at least 2 years of working experience to join our dynamic team and play a key role within
Agile teams, leading transformation and
BAU (Business As Usual)
activities within the
Cloud Contact Centre Technology
area.
Location: Full remote Only in Spain
Language : English & Spanish are a must.
Main Job Requirements
QA functions
within technology teams, focused on compliance with established quality standards and industry benchmarks to ensure an exceptional user experience.
Working with
QA management systems and tools.
Participation in the use of QA management systems and tools.
Working in
Agile
teams alongside developers, engineers, and technical leaders.
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Contact Centres, IVRs, telephony, and agent desktop solutions.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with an innovative mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Work schedule
Business Hours. No intensive working days for friday or summer.
