Scope of Role
1) Treatment Delivery
* Perform a full range of professional spa treatments, including massages, body treatments, facials, and wellness therapies
* Deliver exceptional guest service and create a consistently relaxing, luxury spa experience
* Recommend and upsell spa treatments and retail products in keeping with individual guest needs
2) Standards and Operations
* Ensure treatment rooms are immaculately clean, sanitised, and fully prepared before each session
* Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism throughout
* Adhere to all brand standards, guest service protocols, and operational procedures
3) Team and Leadership
* Supervise and support junior spa therapists and spa attendants
* Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture within the spa
* Participate in ongoing training, product knowledge sessions, and performance reviews as required
Ideal Candidate Profile
* EU citizen with the right to live and work in Malta
* Minimum 2 to 5 years of professional spa therapy experience, ideally within luxury hotels, resorts, or premium wellness centres
* Certified or diploma-qualified in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related discipline
* International spa certifications (CIBTAC, CIDESCO, ITEC or equivalent) considered a strong advantage
* Knowledge of aromatherapy, wellness therapies, and holistic treatment modalities
* Polished communicator with a warm, guest‑focused approach and genuine attention to detail
* Professionally presented, positive, and able to perform consistently in a fast‑paced luxury environment
* Available to start quickly; immediate or near‑immediate availability strongly preferred
