Job Description
Conducts tactical and strategic market analysis (including retail census) and leads demand investigation (DPs) in assigned area. Conducts P&L analysis of TD’s and TPA’s. Develops full year business plans for assigned partner. Manages total telco business of assigned TD. Ensures execution of business plans. Conducts regular work‑with’s with TSH’s, DSP’s and Team Leaders. Addresses field concerns raised by TSH’s. Timely submission of required reports (eg area analysis (call slips), competitive info, calendar of activities, post program reports, etc.). Adheres to standard policies and procedures. Reviews and recommends for approval new TPA applications for area, consistent with existing and approved guidelines on selection, including review and recommendation for termination of existing TPAs. Reviews and approves area‑specific information, technology, processes, standards and strategies. Improves sales and after sales processes. Provides training and development for TSH’s, TPA owners, Team leaders, OM’s/Sales Sups.
Duties and Responsibilities

* Develops full year business plans for TD/GSA/GSP
* Manages total telco business of TD/GSP/GSA
* Ensures execution of business plans
* Conducts monthly business review with TD’s and TPA’s
* Conducts periodic performance assessments for TD’s/TPA’s
* Recommends and formulates sales programs in coordination with Trade Marketing Manager based on business trends and analysis of performance, general comprehension of sales information (internal & trade-based data)
* Conducts regular work‑with with BDEs and Team Leaders and partners
* Addresses field concerns raised by BDEs
* Timely submission of required reports (eg area analysis (call slips), competitive info, calendar of activities, post program reports, etc.)
* Adheres to standard policies and procedures
* Reviews and recommends for approval new TPA applications for area, consistent with existing and approved guidelines on selection, including review and recommendation for termination of existing TPAs
* Reviews and approves area‑specific information, technology, processes, standards and strategies
* Improves sales and after sales processes
* Provides training and development for TSH’s, TPA owners, Team leaders, OM’s/Sales Sups
* Understanding of financial statements (Profit & Loss and Cash Flow statements)
* Knowledge of the area assignment
* Knowledge of distribution strategy, channel standards and policies
* Understanding of trade and subscriber programs
* Knowledge of Telco distribution management, including TPA management
* Negotiation skills
* Networking skills – Collaborates cross‑functionally with other teams to develop and execute plans and programs
