In this role you standardize, streamline, and automate end-to-end processes while driving efficiency across a pan-European landscape. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and IT/RPA/Celonis teams to design sustainable improvements, implement changes, and monitor impact. You’ll also train business users on new processes and tools, shaping scalable ways of working. Responsabilidades
• +5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a pan-European setup
• Strong understanding of BPM tools and optimization methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum or related project management approaches
• Experience with Change Management on multi-function/country projects
• Experience with xpzdshu Process Mining tools (e.g., Celonis); AI tools a plus
• SAP knowledge (SAP ECC, HANA and Business Warehouse) a plus
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent written and spoken English; strong stakeholder communication
