Ability to speak English clearly, distinctly and cordially with guests.
3-5 years background experience as Hotel Director/Hotel General Manager in a 4 or 5 * Hotel.
Guest services shipboard experience is an advantage.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Effectively manages overall ship operations and guest experience.
Achieves the highest levels of guest satisfaction under all circumstances, through effective responsiveness, follow through and the team’s ability to resolve issues.
Ensures all inventory levels are appropriate per targets and operational requirements.
Responsible for overall hotel department financial performance (expenses/revenue).
Actively displays a business ownership mentality when developing tactical plans to achieve financial targets. xhfqzwm
Works from an entrepreneurial perspective to develop and implement new ideas for revenue and to improve operational efficiencies.
