Fundació Privada Món Clínic Barcelona is a private, non-profit Foundation, linked to the Hospital Clinic de Barcelona, whose mission is to strengthen people's health and improve the quality of life of citizens.
We are looking for a Digital Health Project Manager to cover a maternity leave (8 Months) for a part time (20h/week). This role will oversee the strategic and operational management of a high-impact innovation project in digital health & AI in the area of oncology.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact innovation in healthcare, working alongside a highly experienced multidisciplinary team and gaining broad exposure across product development, clinical validation, compliance, industry collaborations, and open innovation management in a leading healthcare ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Ensure effective project management, tracking progress against timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Product Roadmap: Own and manage the product roadmap, including product backlog prioritization and feature definition and ensuring alignment with clinician needs and meeting all regulatory requirements (e.g. EU AI Act, MDR).
Clinical Validation : Coordinate closely with clinical and data science teams to validate the solution, translate medical needs into product requirements, and ensure clinical relevance.
Industry Collaborations: Support fundraising activities, including preparation of pitch materials, engagement with industry partners, and negotiation of collaboration agreements and sponsorship contracts.
Financial Sustainability & Governance: Ensure the financial sustainability of the innovation project, manage budgets, escalate key decisions to senior management and lead Steering Committees.
Required Qualifications:
University degree in a relevant field, preferably related to health sciences, engineering, or business administration.
At least 3 years of experience in project management within digital health, artificial intelligence and/or healthcare innovation.
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams across clinical, technical, and business functions.
Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
