**A.**Main activities**:
The jobholder is responsible of the following activities:
- **Aircraft reception**
- Green aircraft recordable concession analysis.
- Commitment letter industrialization.
- Ensuring the aircraft reception work order package is launched.
- **Maintenance**:
- Industrialization of aircraft parking, storage and scheduled maintenance throughout the whole A330-MRTT conversion process.
- Act as focal point between CAMO / Services and Production.
- Industrialization of mandatory Service Bulletins and Airworthiness directives, coming from CAMO requirements.
- Represent manufacturing engineering (TAOTE) in EASA Part 145 audit processes.
- **Working parties**:
- Perform a deep analysis of the working party activity to concur with the Design Office (if required) and industrialize the following:
- Removal and installation works.
- Electrical and mechanical modifications to be performed, identifying on-aircraft and off-aircraft processes, production centres involved (external partners, internal workshop, vendors, etc) and material required.
- Pending works and modifications (ERCs) from previous stations (AG’s).
- Ground tests required to return the aircraft to service.- Support production during the work implementation.
- **Flight Line phase**:
- Technical support during Production (PATM) flights and ground tests.
- **Concurrence**(with the Design Office) and **Industrialization**of Special instructions (SIs) and Ground Test Requirements (GTRs) during:
- Flight Test campaigns
- Ground test campaigns
- C&Q; campaigns
- Training campaigns. - **Aircraft Pre-Delivery and Delivery phase**:
- Industrialization of the last conversion station (AG4) design requirements:
- Pending works and pending ERCs closure.
- Aircraft final paint.
- Transfer of Title works (aircraft registration markings, ELT coding and avionics adjustments).- Sustaining activities:
- Technical support (on-site & off-site) to the Paint Shop.
- Disposition and industrialization of QLBs (minor defects) during Pre-Delivery and Delivery phases.
- Acting as Manufacturing Engineering’s Representative with the final customer. This task involves the technical explanation to the Customer of any aircraft production issues, queries or non-conformances.
- On-Site support on Customer’s premises (e.g.: Busan, Corea) when required.
- Participation in Delivery improvement and lessons learnt processes. - **MRB (Material review board) during all above mentioned phases**:
- Disposition (repair proposal) of production non-conformances (NCS/HNC).
- Structural/mechanical and/or electrical repair design with (RP3) or without (RP2) DOA delegation.
- Concession elaboration and signing (RP3).
- Dispatch of technical issues for flight according to approved maintenance data or acting as DOA delegate.
- Disposition and management of minor defects (QLBs) during Delivery and pre-delivery inspections.
- **Innovation and improvement proposals, during all above mentioned phases, regarding**:
- Production processes and materials
- Tooling
- Ground support/test equipment.
**B.**Outputs**:
The jobholder will deliver the following:
**1.**Work orders to**Production**including the required material definition and detailed process instructions. This may also include: repair instructions (NCSs / HNCs), Concessions, work instructions (ITs), technical notes, etc.**:
**2.**Technical notes or reports, when required, to the**Program**Office**,**Aircraft**Management**or the**Customer**.**:
**3.**Technical requirement documents for tooling or ground support/test equipment.**:
