We are an event company focused on high end customer deliveries. The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect who is able to construct clear diagrams using AutoCAD. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. This candidate should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure regulations are being followed.
Responsibilities
* Create plans and drawings which clearly outline architectural design of project when necessary. Or collaborate with designers on the creative process.
* Utilize knowledge of engineering, math, science and materials in order to create ideal finished product
* Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards
* Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction process
* Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets
* Client focused. Good diplomacy skills and patience.
* Availability to work on weekends and to travel arround the world.
Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in construction and architecture or event industry
* Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
* High Leverl in AutoCAD, Sketchup. Medium Skills on Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
* Salary Between 40.000€ and 53.000€ including Incentives. (9.000€ of incentives included)
* Possible Home Office depending on the performance 1 Day per week.
* Chance of improvement after evaluation and according to company's evolution.
* 35 Hours work per week when not travelling or working on site.
