As an Account Manager in Glovo’s Regions team, you cultivate and grow our top restaurant partners, guiding them through expansion across cities. You will define long-term growth plans for your area, balancing promotions, advertising, and operations to maximize partner success. You’ll build close, proactive relationships, lead partner reviews, and drive performance through data-driven actions. This role offers the chance to shape partner growth at scale while collaborating across a dynamic, mission-driven platform.

• Establish and nurture relationships with top partners through regular communications and business reviews
• Define and execute growth plans for cities focusing on growth, promotions, advertising, and operations
• Monitor portfolio KPIs, generate periodic reports, and act to achieve OKRs
• Drive partner growth via promotions, marketing activations, and menu performance optimization
• Improve visibility of partners through marketing actions and merchandising
• Negotiate commissions and sell assets to boost revenue
• Identify churned or inactive partners and implement action plans

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years in high-performance, fast-paced environments
• Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or Public Relations is a plus
• Computer literate; proficient with Google Docs, MS Office, and Excel
• Native Spanish, Catalan and English skills
• Strong commercial and customer-obsessed mindset with persuasive communication
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Project management capability with smart, elegant problem-solving
• Data-driven mentality and solid business judgment
