Join to apply for the Supply Chain Data & Process Manager role at Henkel .

What You’ll Do
* Ensure consistency across regional planning activities, aligned with best practices defined by the Planning Center of Excellence (COE).
* Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across teams.
* Conduct gap analyses and implement action plans to enhance efficiency, service levels, and planning outcomes.
* Organize regular review sessions with regional teams, encouraging critical thinking and continuous improvement.
* Roll out standardized scorecards for operational and performance metrics to ensure alignment and transparency.
* Provide regular updates to the Planning Director on key milestones, risks, and achievements. Ensure visibility and recognition of team efforts.
* Develop governance frameworks to simplify, standardize, and optimize planning parameters for system-driven planning.
* Coordinate onboarding, refresher, and advanced training sessions. Promote knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the planning community.
What Makes You a Good Fit
* Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in global supply chain planning processes (FG-materials planning, production scheduling).
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
* Familiarity with international supply chain and interactions with Planning COE.
* Proven experience in gap analysis, cross-functional workshops, and driving process improvements.
* Knowledge of supply chain KPIs and experience in performance metrics and scorecard development.
* Co‑lead in change management, including training, onboarding, and knowledge transfer.
* Exposure to ERP or advanced planning systems (e.G. SAP APO, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Oracle, JDA).
* Hands‑on experience with planning parameter governance and system configuration.
