With over 2,800 employees across 24 integral locations, they are driven by engineering excellence, entrepreneurship, and efficiency.
We are now seeking a dynamic Head of HR to lead HR operations covering four sites (Two in Spain and two in Germany) supporting a workforce of approximately 600 FTEs.
Your Mission
As Head of HR, you will:
- Translate group and product line HR strategy into local policies and processes.
- Act as a strategic business partner to the Product Line management team and local people managers.
- Lead organizational transformation and support the relocation of activities to best-cost countries.
- Drive centralization of support functions and optimize HR processes.
- Champion employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Organizational Transformation: Partner with leadership to align HR with strategic business goals.
- HR Operations: Standardize, optimize, and digitize HR processes for efficiency and satisfaction.
- Manufacturing Expansion: Lead HR aspects of new activity build-up in Spanish Sites.
- Employee Engagement: Develop programs to enhance satisfaction, retention, and culture.
- Well-being: Promote initiatives to improve vitality and reduce illness rates.
Your Profile
- University degree in HR, Organization, or related field.
- International HR Business Partner experience in manufacturing/Engineering or Automotive.
- Solid understanding of Spanish HR practices.
- Confident, assertive, and influential personality.
- Experienced in working with social partners.
- Skilled in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in Spanish and English
