🤝 Collaborate closely with product and program managers to design and implement tailored project management frameworks.
📊 Perform deep data analysis to support strategic decisions and maintain reliable, up-to-date datasets.
🗂️ Build, update, and manage project schedules and dashboards, ensuring real-time visibility into milestones, deliverables, and KPIs.
🧩 Lead and facilitate cross-functional meetings, ensuring clear documentation of decisions and follow-up actions.
📣 Manage program communications to keep stakeholders informed, aligned, and engaged.
📝 Prepare and deliver periodic status reports and project updates.
🔎 Support audit, compliance, and operational readiness activities when needed.
🎯 Required Qualifications
🧭 2–4 years of project management experience, ideally in the software or technology space.
📚 Strong knowledge of the EUCD regulation (European Union Copyright Directive / EU Copyright Directive).
🎓 Bachelor’s degree.
💻 Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project).
🌐 Demonstrated experience working with external partners and cross-functional teams.
📈 Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret complex information.
🗣️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
👥 Proven experience facilitating meetings and driving collaborative team outcomes.
⚠️ Ability to identify risks early, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues proactively.

🔍 Solid understanding of technology products, services, and ecosystems.
🛡️ Experience supporting compliance, audit, or operational readiness projects.
