Requirements
* Experience in coordination, operations, or project support roles
* Strong organizational skills and a systematic approach to work
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Experience with task tracking and follow-up processes
* Confident user of Google Sheets
* Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
* Basic knowledge of Agile / Scrum / Kanban methodologies
* Strong communication and cross-team coordination skills
* Attention to detail
* Ability to quickly adapt to changes and new tasks
Responsibilities
* Coordination of internal tasks for specific department teams and small-scale projects
* Monitoring task deadlines and follow-up with responsible stakeholders
* Organizing and synchronizing communication between teams
* Maintaining project/task trackers and keeping statuses up to date
* Preparing reports, summaries, and operational updates
* Assisting in structuring and optimizing internal processes
* Preparing meeting notes, action items, and monitoring their execution
* Providing administrative and operational support under the mentorship of the Operations Manager
* Escalating risks, blockers, and delays to the manager
* Establishing and monitoring SLA compliance for the teams
