Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify potential clients within or across targeted industries, keeping an up‑to‑date client database.
- Follow up on leads to convert prospects into clients.
- Support identification of new market segment opportunities for Operational service offerings.
- Sourc candidates through advertising, searching, and networking with talents in logistics, skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to align them with client’s specific job requirements for operational and contingent workers.
