Job Description
Buscamos una persona que supervise un equipo de auditores de campo, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, la correcta ejecución de la metodología y los procedimientos establecidos por la compañía. Este rol es clave para garantizar la confiabilidad de la información y la eficiencia operativa.
Responsabilidades principales
* Supervisión y coordinación del equipo de auditores en campo.
* Realización de visitas a tiendas y trabajo en calle para validar procesos.
* Seguimiento y control de actividades del equipo, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos.
* Gestión administrativa: elaboración de reportes, control de KPIs, manejo de recursos y herramientas.
* Garantizar la correcta aplicación de metodologías y protocolos de la empresa.
* Identificación de oportunidades de mejora en procesos y calidad.
Qualifications
* Formación académica: Profesional en carreras administrativas, negocios, mercadeo, ingeniería o afines.
* Experiencia: Preferiblemente en empresas de consumo masivo, con experiencia en supervisión de equipos y control de calidad en operaciones de campo.
* Conocimientos: Manejo intermedio de herramientas administrativas y tecnológicas (Excel, reportes, Google Drive, PowerPoint, etc.).
* Competencias: Organización, planeación, comunicación efectiva y orientación a resultados.
* Disponibilidad: Para trabajo en campo y viajes dentro del país.
