About the role
We are looking to strengthen our Product Department by incorporating a professional with experience in product development, positioning, and communication within the automotive industry, while ensuring high-quality training for internal teams and dealer networks.
This role combines technical automotive knowledge with strong training and communication skills, acting as a bridge between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Dealer Operations departments in an international and fast-growing environment as the brand expands across Europe.
Main Responsibilities
- Support product strategy and vehicle positioning in the local market.
- Analyze competitors, market trends, and customer needs.
- Prepare vehicle benchmarking and product comparison studies.
- Coordinate product information with headquarters and internal teams.
- Participate in the launch of new models and technologies.
- Ensure the accuracy of specifications, equipment, and pricing information.
- Design and deliver product training sessions for internal teams and dealer networks.
- Create training materials, presentations, manuals, and technical guides.
- Train sales teams on vehicle technologies, competitive advantages, and brand positioning.
- Provide product support to dealers and answer technical/commercial inquiries.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Aftersales, and HQ departments.
- Translate technical concepts into clear and effective commercial messages.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in product management and/or training within the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of automotive technologies, especially EV, HEV, and PHEV systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- More than 4 years of experience in Product in OEM, with hybrid cars.
- Valid driving license.

- Public speaking and training delivery experience.

Languages
