About Our Barcelona Office
We are searching for a Business Developer Intern to join the Worldwide and Development department to contribute to the growth of our indirect integral network.
Responsibilities
Give support on the presentation of the MBE business opportunity to potential Master Franchisees.
Assist in negotiating agreements with suppliers.
Provide operational support on the start-up operations of new Master Franchisees.
Provide continuous support to the existing Master franchisee community.
Manage and maintain the MBE guidelines and strategies to ensure product and service standards.
Support the organization and coordination of company events, international meetings and conventions.
Assist with the translation and proofreading of materials in Portuguese and occasionally serve as interpreter during meetings.
Requirements
Be eligible for an internship (mandatory).
Studies in Business Administration, Marketing or a similar field.
Hold a European working permit (mandatory).
Written and spoken Portuguese and English;
other languages are favorable (Spanish/Italian).
Solid communication skills, ambitious and able to build strong relationships with internal and external business partners.
Good proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Google Suite).
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and strong familiarity with data analysis and problem solving.
Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important matters.
People-driven attitude and team orientation with an ability to nurture team spirit.
Willingness to be inquisitive, explore and learn.
