M&L Programme Quality Manager (Temp Agency)
An opportunity for Programme Quality Manager has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in San Pablo, Sevilla.
Responsibilities
* Ensure communication and implementation of customer/authority requirements (including safety and reliability) throughout operational processes: develop, fulfill, support, and source.
* Ensure all applicable activities along the product lifecycle are defined, planned, and implemented.
* Ensure alignment with defined business management processes to provide customers/authorities required quality on time and on cost.
* Collect, analyze, visualize, and interpret relevant product and/or in-service performance data to identify and prevent early deviations, applying lessons learned and root cause analysis.
* Participate in or organize deployment of preventive techniques in case of baseline changes.
* Monitor and assess the quality of project process execution.
* Support implementation of Program Excellence methodology (APQP) and other procedures, ensuring corrective actions are triggered when deviations occur.
* Handle non-conformance and waiver treatment, monitor corrective/preventive actions, and contribute to improvement of quality standards.
* Obtain evidence that processes comply with customer requirements.
* Devise, negotiate, and implement the Product Assurance Plan throughout the program/project.
* Implement internal phase review process, consolidate technical risk register, and monitor risk mitigation actions.
* Attest conformity of the product with contractual requirements and legal rules.
* Coordinate resolution of customer Quality issues and provide feedback to avoid recurrence.
* Support company certifications and interface with external quality authorities (ISO, IAQG, EASA, ECSS, etc.) if authorized.
Qualifications & Skills
* Educated in Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or related discipline.
* At least 3 years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Programme & Project Management.
* Experience with Configuration Management / CAIR / AIR.
* SAP Y SIPLA knowledge.
* Proactive, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Organized & structured.
* Advanced level in English and Spanish.
