As Field Service Engineer, you will be in charge of BD Rowa equipment.
This role is based in Madrid

**Main responsibilities will include:**
+ Execute preventive maintenance and repair services on assigned equipment within established safety guidelines and customer expectations
+ Interact with customers as a company representative providing technical advice/assistance to ensure optimal use of equipment
+ Utilize specialized knowledge to troubleshoot and diagnose product issues; provide customer site service including equipment installation, maintenance, and repair
+ Assist in developing and using training materials for customers
+ Ensure documentation and paperwork is complete and accurate
+ Demonstrates advanced competency in all relevant technical skills
+ Works independently or cooperatively as needed
+ Participates in routine meetings and communications with team members and customers
+ **This position is based in Madrid**
**About you**
+ Minimum of higher education is required (formación competente).
Bachelor's degree is Engineering is preferred
+ 2+ years related experience
+ Medium English level required
+ Ability to travel (30%)
+ Highly effective communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and decision making ability
+ Effective computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
Salary range for this role is EUR 36.600 annual gross.
