DESCRIPCIÓNOur customer, an international holding company based in UK, leader in the field of gaming is looking for a **PROGRAMME MANAGER** for their offices in Barcelona to run a programme of technology projects.Projects typically comprise software enhancements or maintenance activities from requirements gathering through to production deployment, utilizing diverse geographical and cultural teams. Some international travel will be required.**Overall Purpose and Objective**:Plans and manages the implementation of a programme of projects including scope, schedule, budget, quality, process, team, customer, and issues/risks management.**Programme Duties and Responsibilities**:- Manage the overall scope, schedule, budget and quality of a programme of projects within a single country account or across multiple country accounts.- Present programme status to senior management on a monthly basis.- Assist in strategic planning for customer accounts and budget creation with the ability to determine what is missing/should be included.- Supports bid process & contract negotiations.- Flexibility to run a programme of projects, supporting junior project managers, or manage projects individually, as required.**Project Duties and Responsibilitie**:- Deliver individual IT projects based on predefined process and strategy.- Act as a primary interface between company and the customer project manager.- Define scope of effort required to meet project objectives.- Define activities, sequences of events, dependencies and duration of tasks required to complete the project.- Manage resources and materials committed to the project.- Facilitate team building and communication.- Provide direction and decision making for problem resolution.- Implement corporate operating procedures including communication, documentation, quality, and change control processes.- Coordinate, approve and track all project related expenses including all hours, materials and services.- Assess and manage risk of strategic, technical, financial, political and/or business factors facing the project.- Coordinate across all corporate departments and disciplines to ensure timely and quality deliverables to the project.- Coordinate all project matters and monitor on a daily basis; assign/delegate tasks as appropriate.- Report progress in writing on a weekly basis both internally and to the customer.- Identify internal and external factors jeopardizing the project, escalate issues and recommend solutions to senior management.- Analyze, review, forecast and report project spending.- Coordinate post project review with a view to improve future projects performance.**What is offered**?**:- We offer a competitive remuneration and an attractive package of benefits according to the training and experience.- Working 50% remotely.REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS**Skill and Competencies**:- Solid IT programme and project management experience with a proven track record of delivering both programmes and individual projects with a high degree of complexity.- External customer facing skills; strong written & verbalcommunication skills.- Commercially aware with strong understanding of change in a business environment.- Experience of managing multi-functional, multi-cultural virtual teams.- Excellent leadership skills and team focus.- Demonstrated financial accountability up to $5m a year.- Must have managed at least one complex project (6+ months / $1m+ budget / 10+ team members / 15K+ man hours) as well as multiple smaller, less complex projects in parallel.- Ability to assist in defining and implementing process improvements for project management.- Must have intermediate to advanced proficiency using MS Project and MS Office.DETALLESCATEGORÍAOtrosSUBCATEGORÍASin especificarSECTOROtras actividadesJORNADA LABORALCompletaMODALIDAD DE TRABAJOTeletrabajo/RemotoNIVEL PROFESIONALEmpleadoDEPARTAMENTOOtros
