**WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:
The partner success associate for this role is going to join a project in an international leading banking company based in Spain and with ambition towards innovation.

**JOB FUNCTIONS (NOT LIMITED TO)**:

- Client Management_
- Understanding client needs and organize and plan work accordingly.
- Performing the client work and collaborating with other highly qualified colleagues.
- Building presentations to summarize and deliver your research.
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders within our partner organization.
- Sourcing, outreach, and screening of new and relevant startups for investments and business development with our corporate partner.
- Devise engagement plans that consider partner business goals, internal organization structures, and map products and services to achieve these goals.
- Support the client with the Proof of Concept managing the different parties involved and ensure the PoC runs smoothly and meets the milestones agreed.
- Build and create engagement reports/case studies of corporate interaction with startups, dealflows, PoCs, etc.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and industry sectors, conducting in-depth business analysis to find new competitive opportunities.
- Keep track of new trends in the fintech vertical and actively advise our corporate partners on potential growth opportunities.
- Drive escalation of client issues, coordinate key resources in the process, and assist with client issues through resolution.
- Support on commercial activities such as lead generation, events organization, proposal preparation
- Startup Due Diligence_
- Analyze companies Seed to Series B stage startups in the fintech / insurtech / legaltech industry.
- Develop an understanding of technical / deeptech financial innovations and working alongside other technical experts.
- Create summary reports to summarize technology, business models, and scalability for executive decision makers at our clients.
- Coordinate with startups to collect necessary sustainability and business information
- Understand business models, pricing, and unit economics to provide insights on economic feasibility and scalability.
- Provide insights and advice to help our corporate partners build partnerships with financial / insurance / legal startups.
- Manage the due diligence process between internal teams, the startups, corporate venture, and external consultants in order to meet project deadlines.
- Ventures’ Corporate Account Management_
- Schedule due diligence calls between startups and corporate partners.
- Maintain relationships with industry partners.
- Attend and lead regular alignment calls with corporate clients.
- Perform additional operational work for Plug and Play Ventures, when needed.

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, economics or related field preferred.
- Masters in Business Administration, Innovation, Finance, Fintech or related field is a plus.
- 3 - 5 years of work experience in a client facing role.
- Detail oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong process and analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and create improvements.
- Experience in Fintech is a plus.
- Startup experience and project management experience are a plus.
- Experience in scouting, due diligence and investment is an asset.
- Self-motivated and driven; proven to work independently, prioritize work, and achieve results
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate with C-Suite executives
- Collaborative, diplomatic, who can cross-functionally partner with stakeholders across multiple offices
- Experience in/comfort with a role with a degree of ambiguity, requiring proactive analysis and action
- Strong desire to learn continually and grow professionally, driven to master the products they're supporting/offering
- Fluency in English and in Spanish is essential.
