Role Overview
Dynamic Service Sales Manager to lead Valmet’s Service Center and support the development of the Flow Control Sales team. The position is based in Sant Cugat del Vallès, Barcelona, and covers the Spanish market.
This role ensures effective and continuously improved after‑sales service delivery and actively works to increase service sales, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, operational reliability, and compliance with safety, quality, and sustainability standards.
Responsibilities include collaborating with Sales and Services teams to offer value-added solutions, improving service performance, establishing the operational framework aligned with the service strategy, managing budgets, driving new service business opportunities, implementing service agreements, and maintaining an accurate Installed Base to support maintenance development. The position also leads and develops the service team, engages proactively with customers, and promotes strict compliance with the company’s Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in after‑sales management or service operations within industrial sectors.
- Knowledge in contract management and customer service processes.
- Good level of English is mandatory.
