And you can maximize your work-life balance and flexibility through ourHybrid Work Model**Job Description**:Position PurposeDevelop & implement Supply Chain Strategy for the Southern Europe region.Lead the performance of the Southern Europe Supply Chain function to ensure all operational goals are achieved to support the operational and strategic goals of the function.Develop the culture change that will deliver operating, service performance and quality standards that will drive excellent customer satisfaction.Drive the Safety Differently culture across the whole Supply Chain functionMajor/Key Accountabilities- Participates in the definition of European Supply Chain strategy and policies and ensures adoption and implementation within the geographical area of responsibility- Supervise compliance with health & safety regulations (Zero Harm)- Determines and manages the Supply Chain budget to deliver the expected service- Ensure Supply Chain in-country is fully aligned with local market requirements- Manage Production Sites: find suppliers, negotiate contracts, manage the subcontractors and run the plant with them on a daily basis.- Work with Carrier Management in developing and implementing transportation solutions.- Execute the Logistics planning for the geographical area and guarantee quality & availability of pallets and containers sent to customers / other plants from conditioning sites.- Manage stock balance & maximise asset productivity at Plants.- Decide on investment for new sites according to Plant Network Optimization.- Develop site - capacity planning, increasing productivity & existing network.- Develop and manage team while decreasing labour turnover.- Escalate and resolve customer satisfaction issues- Drive process, service level and procedure standardisation**Qualifications**:Essential Qualifications- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalentDesirable Qualifications- Preferably MBA, MSC or equivalentExperience- 8 to 12 years management experience in Supply Chain industry infast-paced company, pref FMCG- Experience in leading and achieving results in pan-European, multi-site, multi-lingual teams & significant plant employee sitesSkills and Knowledge- MS-Office, SCM software- Operational research tools (stock and transport optimiser, route planning)- Supply chain management tools- Transport industry, specifically FMCG- AnalyticalLanguagesEssential: EnglishDesirable: Other European languagePreferred EducationDegree and equivalent - Business Administration/ManagementPreferred Level of Work Experience7 - 10 yearsWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and we are committed to developing a diverse workforce in which everyone is treated fairly, with respect, and has the opportunity to contribute to business success while realizing his or her potential.
