- Collaborate in the development of a new products) during the design phase (product design, regulations, tests, prototypes, final approval, etc.) according to the internal criteria and following customer specification
- Supervise the work of your team, providing the necessary instructions for correction of possible deviations.
- Define, follow and analyze the KPI’s with the Industrial Director: scrap, 2nd choice products, productivity, process capacity and product portfolio acting in order to achieve a continuous improvement of results.
- In collaboration with the Industrial Manager, design and implement process alerts that allow us to know deviations in production and set appropriate corrective measures.
- Control and supervise the operational functions of the machines and improve tooling.

**Skills & background**
Education requirement - Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering
Experience & knowledge requirements - first experience in operations / production environment within the industry, having worked already in the Construction & panels business being a strong advantage
- Experience in process analytics and optimization
- High understanding in production processes
