As our future **Commercial Manager** **you will lead the team responsible for tender and contract management, and pricing policy execution.** You will facilitate commercial growth by supporting the divisions in their daily commercial activities. You will **drive excellence** in the end to end Tenders, Contract Management and Pricing processes including **tender tracking and visibility, strategic pricing excellence and governance, and contract management excellence**. Maintaining the commercial overview and enabling cross divisional collaboration.
**_ What you will do: _**
- You will be the people manager of the Commercial team in Spain [tenders, contracts & pricing].
- You will lead and drive cross divisional engagement and collaboration opportunities.
- You will drive effective implementation and compliance to end to end tender processes.
- You will be responsible for contract management of all tender contracts.
- You will guarantee the effective execution of the annual pricing calendar activities with the divisions.
- You will develop and maintaining solid relationships with key tender authority customers.
- You will leverage current resource and technology capabilities across the region and share best practices.
- Together with the divisions, you will develop commercial models for customers and Indirect Channels.
- You will provide the business with thought leadership on the evolving procurement & tender landscape and propose future operating models to effectively capture the business.
- You will lead the monthly commercial meetings and provide updates to the business on tenders, contracts and pricing activities.
- You will drive contract compliance visibility with effective tools, and proactively engage with the divisions and commercial teams to measure and action contract compliance performance.
- You will drive continuous review and improvement of processes to drive customer satisfaction.
- You will drive the Stryker culture, mission and values in all team meetings in the region.
- You will maintains highest levels of engagement across all teams and supports them with their development.
- You will drive the Stryker talent offense strategy across the region.
**_ Who you are: _**
- You have a Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Finance, or other related area.
- You have a minimum of 10+ years of relevant working experience in pricing, tenders and contracts.
- You have ideally, experience in people management, either as a team leader or senior specialist, driving improvement and engagement among team members.
- You can influence and communicate at a senior level (internally and externally).
- You have an excellent understanding of end to end tender, contract and pricing processes.
- You have experience in developing and deploying tools an advantage.
- You are highly organized with structured project management skills.
