The role of a Business Development Representative (BDR) consists of calling US companies and speaking to the IT managers. During our signature Warm HandoverTM, you will work hand in hand with the sales experts from our clients - such as Intel, Dell, Fujitsu -, learning with the best of the best about the industry while building up your network of decision-makers around the globe.
Spark interest : In order to prepare you to take on this role, we have an excellent four-week onboarding process to prepare you to excel as a BDR.

Our commission model is uncapped – your commitment determines your success - the more leads you generate, the more money you earn, without a cap. Remote Program Work outside Madrid:
We will ask you to come into the Madrid office for your first week. Every quarter you will return to the office for one week with expenses covered.

Previous CRM experience is desirable, but not a requirement
Able to work in Spain legally (full-time)

Working Hours Monday to Friday:
