VIE HR Generalist

Valeo’s VIE Program is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein, Iceland) aged 18‑28. It allows you to work for one of our subsidiaries around the world. Business France handles all administrative procedures for your assignment. Make sure you meet Business France’s eligibility criteria:

This assignment is based at the Fuenlabrada site in the Power Division, a leader in thermal and propulsion system innovation for electric mobility.
Responsibilities
- Support HR administration by managing labor documentation such as contracts, personnel files, and paid leaves.
- Assist employees with the Employee Portal and manage work clothing for site staff.
- Identify training needs with managers and implement the site’s training plan.
- Follow up on the training plan monthly and handle training assignments.
- Coordinate with external training suppliers through emails, calls, and meetings.
- Manage language classes and ensure proper organization of training sessions.
- Prepare onboarding programmes for newcomers, deliver welcome sessions, and organise safety training campaigns.
- Manage internal communication by following the communication plan, organising events, handling merchandising, and creating communications and banners.
Qualifications
- Graduated with a Master’s degree in Human Resources.
- Ideally, you already have experience in this field.
- Fluent level of English.
- Good level of Spanish is appreciated.
- Good communication skills, an international mindset and open‑mindedness to new cultures and ways of working and thinking.
- Humble, listening, positive attitude‑oriented, professional and diplomatic sense.
