What will your challenges be?
- Organize the resources of the area you manage, to achieve the objectives defined for the area and accelerate the business.
- Apply the commercial strategy defined for your area and adapt it into concrete plans to achieve the MS, IS, SO and Community objectives you have established.
- Achieve growth and sales objectives by leading efficient routines with your team, knowing each of the roles and maintaining harmony among members.
- Know perfectly the situation of the area at market level, to identify opportunities and define action strategies to achieve them, preparing reports of the same and building action plans.
- Approve and carry out negotiations with customers to execute the established plans or to solve conflicts, making decisions to achieve opportunities and solve problems.
- Analyze sales, distribution, visibility and SM KPI's for each customer group, setting priorities according to the needs to achieve the defined objectives.
- Master the income statement of the area, understanding the impact that each action has on the business to optimize the ratio between generated revenue and associated expenses.
- Develop talent within the team, according to the talent map of the company to build talent.
Are you the one we are waiting for?
- Education: University degree in Economics or Business Administration and/or Health Sciences.
- Experience: Leadership of commercial or multifunctional teams of more than 15 people in the pharmaceutical sector or similar (FMCG, tobacco, HORECA, etc.) for at least 3 years.
- IT: High user level knowledge of office tools: Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Google.
- Others: Management and organization skills. Trained in data analysis. Negotiation and decision making skills (initiative, autonomy and speed). Focused on people management.
