Based in our office in Matarò (Barcellona), for our new brand Dockers, we are looking for a Retail Allocator Specialist to join our team and support the optimization of product availability and assortment across our retail network.

This position represents an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional eager to contribute to efficient allocation and stock management. The role will play a key part in ensuring optimal inventory levels, supporting allocation strategies, and providing data-driven insights to enhance retail performance.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

* Monitor and manage product replenishment to maintain optimal stock levels across stores
* Execute product assortment strategies aligned with store needs, sales trends, and business priorities.
* Support the Buyer in the allocation of merchandise, ensuring balanced and efficient distribution
* Analyze sales performance (sell-in and sell-out) and provide actionable insights to support planning decisions.
* Prepare periodic reports with breakdowns by category, brand, size, and gender to identify key trends.
* Manage order entry processes within the ERP system, ensuring data accuracy and smooth operations.
* Provide internal customer service by responding to requests from Store Managers and District Managers regarding stock levels, product transfers, and issue resolution.
QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or a related field
* Previous experience (internship or 1–2 years) in retail, merchandising, or supply chain is a plus
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems
* Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and organizational ability
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset
* Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
