He / She will be member of the global IT Team Account & Identity Management on a corporate level, located in BIESA
**Tasks and responsibilities**:
- Support operational stability.
- Support, Monitor and optimize the Account Management services including IT on
- and off-boarding, IT Account re-location, IT Account lifecycle management.
- Coordinate/manage External Service providers to deliver high quality and ensure end user satisfaction.
- Improving and optimizing the general IT system & service landscape including participation in projects on a global scale
**Profile/Skills**
**Required**:
- Excellent organizational and analytical, results oriented, good communication, teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge on ITIL processes
- International Exposure in daily tasks
- Fluent English in reading, writing and speaking.
- Experience working in a virtual, international, and multicultural environment with user centric mentality.
**Nice to have**:
- Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or comparable professional experience Pharma industry knowledge & German language experience is a plus.
