Role Overview
The Sales Associate will be in direct contact with sales teams and resellers in the Spanish territory, reporting to the Sales Manager. The role includes customer service via email and phone, back‑office administrative tasks, preparing and presenting the forecast of our commercial team, and following Key Account Manager case progress until order execution. Close cooperation with colleagues in other Arrow offices across Spain is required.
How We Imagine You
- Proficient/native in Spanish, and fluent in English.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and ability to learn new programs quickly.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive, extroverted, self‑sufficient, and flexible.
- Take responsibility for duties.
- Work well under pressure, understand how details affect the big picture and have a positive can‑do attitude.
- Embrace challenges, adapt to continuous change, and demonstrate success in completing cases.
- Accuracy is a must in this position.
