Hr system integration analyst (madrid)

Job Summary

Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Working with Integral/Local HR teams to gather and define functional requirements along with detailed data item interface mappings.
- Managing the integration vendors and key HR contracts such as Workday, Kronos licenses and also the integration support team.
- Creates and maintains quality technical and functional design documents.
- Coordinate the build of new customizations according to high quality standards.
- Manages the status of the problems using a global support system and to keep manager and stakeholders informed about the statuses of reported problems.
- Works closely with the Integrations manager to ensure all projects and initiatives are aligned with defined business demands.
- Stays current on industry practices and issues, assessing and communicating their potential impact on the business.
- Attend/participate in meetings that pertain to assigned responsibilities and complies with all corporate and departmental policies/procedures and applicable governmental regulations.
- Coordinate software tests outside of normal business hours as and when required.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned, which may include cross-utilization within the department or with other departments.

Core Competencies & Requirements

Education:

- Bachelors or master’s degree in Maths / Statistics / Analytics / Computer Science / MIS with IT focus

Work Experience:

- 3+ years of IT management experience leading HRIS and integration teams.
- Experience managing projects and leading teams of 7+ developers.
- Experience working with internal and external customers, including stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Familiarity with the airline catering industry (desirable).
- Experienced in stakeholder communication, including conveying technical issues and project updates in business terms.
- Good understanding of commercial and financial implications of operational changes.

Technical & Language Skills:

- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English; additional European languages such as German or French are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, SharePoint)

- Communication and Collaboration: Communicates clearly across technical and non-technical audiences and geographies. Demonstrates strong interpersonal and intercultural skills, with the ability to convey information, build consensus, and maintain transparency.
- Individual Leadership & Execution: Demonstrates ownership, initiative, and reliability in driving tasks to completion. Manages multiple priorities effectively, models high performance standards, and positively influences peers through a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Adaptability & Continuous Learning: Thrives in dynamic environments, embracing change with flexibility and resilience. Seeks feedback and learning opportunities to continuously improve skills, processes, and performance.
- Business Acumen & Strategic Alignment: Understands the broader business context and aligns actions with strategic objectives. Considers commercial and operational impacts when making decisions and contributes to value-driven outcomes.
