Overview
CTI Senior Analyst - Santander Digital Services based out of Boadilla del Monte. The CTI Senior Analyst will help drive the evolution of the Cyber Threat Intelligence function to anticipate, contextualise and communicate emerging threats to the organisation. This role aspires to transform intelligence into strategic foresight, ensuring the company remains resilient, informed and prepared in the face of a constantly changing threat landscape.The CTI function operates as a global, intelligence-driven capability that supports proactive risk management, incident response and strategic decision-making. It provides actionable intelligence to executive leadership, cyber defence, fraud and other key stakeholders across the organisation. Creating high quality cyber threat intelligence across strategic, operational and technical levelsCoordinating intelligence collection and analysis activities across regions to maintain a unified intelligence capabilityProviding expert judgement for complex analytical or attribution assessmentsLiaising with Incident Response, Threat Detection, Risk and senior business stakeholders to ensure intelligence directly informs decision-making and mitigationsMaintain and expand coverage of high priority threat actos, campaigns and sectors relevant to the organisation’s global footprintRepresent the CTI function in cross-functional or external intelligence-sharing initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and legal frameworksAssist in the strengthening of the team’s analytical capabilities and development of the teamQualifications
Professional Experience
8-10 years of professional experience in Cyber Threat Intelligence, Cybersecurity Operations or related intelligence roles within large enterprises (Required)Experience managing and integrating multiple intelligence sources, including structured (Required)Familiarity with threat modelling frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, Killchain, Diamond Model) and experience applying them in analytical frameworks (Required)Prior involvement in intelligence-sharing communities or public-private partnerships (Preferred)Experience contributing to or leading automation or process-improvement initiatives within CTI operations (Preferred)Education
Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Intelligence Studies or a related technical or analytical discipline (Required)Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Cybersecurity, International Security or Data Analytics (Preferred)Recognised industry certifications such as GCTI, GCIH, CCTIA or CISSP (Preferred)Languages

Ability to track, profile and assess adversary groups, campaigns and TTPs using structured analytic techniques (Required)Experience creating finished intelligence across strategic, operational and tactical levels (Required)Hands-on experience with intelligence platforms and tooling (Required)Understanding of network defence technologies (EDR, SIEM, firewalls, proxies) (Required)Capability to interpret malware reports, C2 infrastructure and IOCs at a contextual level (Preferred)Scripting and automation, familiarity with Python or automation of intelligence flows (Preferred)Soft Skills
