You’ll play a pivotal role in driving financial performance, shaping business strategy, and acting as a trusted partner to senior leaders.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee and guide a team of three (Business Controller, Accountant, and IT)
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes
- Provide actionable insights to drive business performance
- Partner cross‑functionally with HR, Sales, and Operations
- Lead the internal and external Audit process, including statutory accounts
- Manage and develop the local Finance Team
What We’re Looking for
- Degree-qualified (Certified Accountant, MBA or similar)
- 10+ years of experience in finance roles within multinational environments
- Strong accounting and financial planning skills (P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Commercial mindset with the ability to drive and measure tangible outcomes
- Experience in matrix organisations and stakeholder management
- Fluent in Spanish and English;
Portuguese a plus
- Open‑minded, operational, and approachable leadership style
- Strong communication and presentation skills
