We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to partner with our CTO to define what we build and why.
We are a startup. We do not need someone to micromanage backlog tickets, we have AI solutions for day-to-day administration. Design and execute MVPs, A/B tests, and validation experiments to de-risk development and accelerate Product-Market Fit.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Work closely with the CTO to define KPIs and success metrics. You will not just track data; High-Level Agile Leadership: Provide strategic input during agile ceremonies (Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) to guide the team's direction.
You make decisions based on data, not gut feeling.
Technical Fluency: You don't need to code, but you must be able to have high-bandwidth conversations with the CTO and development team about feasibility and technical trade-offs.
Background in EdTech, Compliance, or Safety training products.
