Experteer Overview
In this role you will support Airbus Defence and Space Digital by shaping the Document Management and Digital Archiving backbone. You will work within the TDBAD transversal unit to deliver DMS and archiving capabilities, focusing on FileNet and related technologies. You’ll lead international projects with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines, budget, and quality while improving user experience and operations. This is a chance to contribute to a strategic digital transformation and to work on scalable, integrated document management solutions.

• Participate in all phases of the application development life cycle (research, design, development, testing, implementation, support)
• Participate in migration development life cycle including data analysis and bulk upload strategies
• Involve in long-term archiving initiatives including data storage analysis and solution implementation
• Define development strategy and ensure integration of solutions across applications, systems and platforms
• Create detailed technical/functional designs for new solutions (application and infrastructure)
• Contribute to the ongoing development and deployment of Airbus DFS digital document management strategy
• Collaborate with subcontractors to define tasks and monitor delivery within time, budget, and quality
• Coordinate with Service Owners and Product Managers within Digital and on the supplier side
Responsabilidades
• Master level education or at least 5 years of IT experience
• Deep understanding of document management systems, content management systems, and digital signatures (3+ years)
• Strong ability to organize own work and lead teams to accomplish tasks
