As we strengthen our digital capabilities and guest communication, we are looking for a:
Lifecycle & Content Manager (f/m/d, Full-time) in MarbellaLocation: Marbella, Spain (with cross-location responsibilities)Your role
* You will own how we communicate with our guests across the entire relationship, from first interest to long-term loyalty.
* This role combines CRM, content, and communication. Your focus is to make our communication clearer, more personal, and more effective - helping more people understand what we do, and supporting them before, during, and after their stay.
* You will work closely with marketing, medical teams, and external partners to translate our expertise into simple, meaningful communication.
Your responsibilities
CRM & Lifecycle (core focus)
* Own and improve our guest communication across the full lifecycle (pre-stay, during, post-stay)
* Build and optimise email flows and campaigns
* Segment audiences and personalise communication based on behaviour and needs
* Improve retention, repeat bookings, and long-term engagement
* Work closely with data and growth teams to measure and improve performance
Content & Education
* Create and manage content that explains our method in a clear and accessible way
* Write and coordinate blog articles, landing pages, and email content
* Translate medical and scientific topics into simple, human language
* Support SEO and organic growth through high-quality content
* Ensure consistency in tone of voice and messaging across channels
Social Media (interim/limited part of job)
* Manage day-to-day social media publishing
* Repurpose content from blog, email, and other channels
* Coordinate with external partners for content production when needed
* Ensure consistency and quality
What you bring
* 4–7+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or content marketing
* Strong writing skills — able to explain complex topics in a simple, engaging way
* Experience with email marketing tools and segmentation
* A structured, analytical mindset combined with creativity
* Comfort working across teams (marketing, medical, external partners)
* Experience in health, wellness, hospitality, or premium brands is a plus
* Fluency in English, Spanish/German/French is also a plus
* Ability to travel occasionally
* Experience from working in an international organisation with colleagues distributed across geographies
