Manage day-to-day property operations across multiple locations in Europe
Coordinate bookings, calendars, and guest communications seamlessly
Oversee cleaning, maintenance, and property readiness to ensure top-quality stays
Maintain outstanding guest reviews and satisfaction metrics
Revenue & Market Optimization
Implement dynamic pricing strategies to boost occupancy and revenue
Track market trends and competitor activity to continuously improve performance
Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and operational efficiency
Systems & Tools Mastery
Leverage property management systems (PMS) and automation tools to streamline operations
Keep calendars, bookings, and operational data fully updated and accurate
Introduce tech-driven solutions for guest communication, reporting, and workflow management
Compliance & Best Practices
Ensure full compliance with European rental regulations and local laws
Apply industry best practices for operational efficiency and risk mitigation
Maintain consistency and high standards across all properties
Who We're Looking For
Proven experience managing short-term rental properties in Europe or international markets
Strong operational skills in pricing, bookings, and end-to-end guest management
Tech-savvy with experience in property management software and automation tools
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities
Multilingual skills (French, German, Spanish, or English) are a plus
