We are looking for adynamic, proactive and talented personto join our team and perform the followingtasks :
Act as a bridge between business needs and technical implementation teams within SAP BTP projects, ensuring alignment between functional requirements and platform capabilities.
Provide functional insight and support on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) solutions, helping stakeholders understand how BTP can be leveraged in project environments.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional SAP teams (e.g., S/4HANA, Project Systems, Portfolio & Project Management) to integrate and align BTP functionalities across modules.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and contribute to solution design discussions with architects and developers.
Support the project lifecycle: from requirement gathering and fit-gap analysis to testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Contribute to change management, training activities, and stakeholder communication.
Participate in governance and documentation processes, ensuring quality and traceability across deliverables.
Act proactively in identifying issues, proposing solutions, and driving resolution in a dynamic project environment.WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Minimum of10 years of experience working with SAP, ideally across various functional modules, including project management-related components.
Solid understanding and project experience of theSAP Business Technology Platform— while deep technical skills are not required, familiarity with its key services and integration points is essential.
Demonstrated experience working inSAP implementation or transformation projects, ideally with S/4 HANA, preferably in hybrid or cloud environments.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to work in cross-functional, multicultural teams.
High level ofproblem-solving, adaptability, and ownership mindset— able to navigate ambiguity and drive decisions.
Fluent in both English and Spanish(spoken and written).
Previous experience in client-facing roles or consultancy environments is highly desirable.WHERE AND WHEN?
